Job Overview

The MSCCN is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Mental Health division. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our programs.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of our mental health services, including budgeting, human resources, and quality improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in healthcare management and program administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the Mental Health division, including supervising staff and coordinating with other departments.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Prepare and submit reports to senior management on divisional performance, including metrics on patient satisfaction, quality, and financial outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or equivalent level of experience in healthcare management and program administration.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Salary:

$98,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
