Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Triunity Software. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Work closely with stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  • Excellent documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum project methodologies
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
  • Knowledge on Insurance (Guidewire)
