About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanic to join our team at our Winder, GA plant. As an Industrial Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing production and facilities equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment
  • Ensure all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve equipment-related issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational certification a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment troubleshooting and repair
  • Welding experience and knowledge required
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams
  • Physical ability to lift 75 pounds and work at heights
  • Must have own tools and be able to pass a drug screening, background check, and medical clearance
