Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Lead the planning, scheduling, and management of robotics and automation projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Budget Management: Guarantee that all robotic programming and project tasks are completed within the approved budget and manage project resources effectively to optimize cost-efficiency.
  • Timeline Management: Ensure that all project milestones are met within the internally approved timelines, closely monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Technical Oversight: Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring that robotic systems are designed, programmed, and integrated according to specifications and industry standards.
  • Capacity and Capability Assurance: Manage and continuously improve the technical capabilities of the software and equipment used in robotic programming, ensuring they meet the needs of ongoing and future projects.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and obstacles in project execution and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that all deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing robotics and automation projects, with a strong understanding of industrial robotics programming (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, KUKA).
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in robot online and offline programming.
  • Strong knowledge of interfacing robotic systems with peripheral devices and technologies, including validation and safety programming.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
