We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time team member in our Meat & Cheese department. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Prepare and stock product displays to ensure a visually appealing shopping environment
- Assist customers with product selection, answering questions and providing recommendations
- Take orders and process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Provide top-notch service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
Our part-time team members work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. The pay rate for this position is $15.50 per hour.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to:
- Perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
- Lift up to 45 pounds, handle knives and other cutting equipment, and work in a wet and cold environment
- Stand or walk for extended periods, engage in bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching motions
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
