Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical teaching and supervision
- Provide student advising and mentoring
- Recruit clients and clinical supervisors, as well as identify clinical sites

Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Doctorate preferred)
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Eligibility for licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- A minimum of three years of full-time experience post-CCC-SLP
- Compliance with ASHA requirements for clinical supervision
- Experience working with diverse clients across various settings
- Strong relationship management and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the regulatory environment, including examination and inquiry processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced remote environment
- Proficient project management skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including root cause analysis and solution recommendations
