We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at TriCities Hospital. As a Respiratory Therapist Certified PRN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer therapy modalities as ordered by physician, performing all aspects of mechanical ventilators (initiation, operation, monitoring, etc) and arterial puncture and blood gas analysis.
- Verify physician orders prior to therapy treatment.
- Give thorough and accurate reports to oncoming staff at shift end.
- Perform equipment rounds.
- State Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
- Respiratory Therapy Degree – AAS or BS.
- One-year adult critical care experience.
- Previous experience with mechanical ventilation, blood gas analysis, and oximetry.
