Job SummaryWe are actively seeking talented Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to join our clinical team in Colorado. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at LifeStance Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality behavioral healthcare services.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality behavioral healthcare services to patients in a variety of settings, including in-person and telemedicine.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment of mental health conditions.
- Prescribe and manage medications as needed.
- Licensed in Colorado with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification.
- Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority.
- Must have or be able to obtain DEA.
- Must have 1 year PMHNP experience.
- Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.
