Job Title: Adolescent Psychiatric ARNP

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join our team in providing exceptional care to adolescents with mental healthcare conditions.

Job Summary:

The ARNP will provide consultation and direct patient care, including diagnostic assessment, preventative and educational services, and medication evaluation and management, in accordance with best care practices, industry standards, organizational guidelines, and state and federal laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments of patients with known or foreseen health problems
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary treatment team
  • Order and interpret lab tests, as needed, for patients prior to and/or during prescription management
  • Consult with physicians and mid-levels regarding ongoing medical care, maintenance, and disease prevention
  • Engage in education and case management, and interact routinely with patients to observe behaviors and communicate significant observations to the treatment team
  • Document patient care and behavior as required in policies and procedures
  • Utilize crisis prevention intervention techniques to maintain personal safety for patients and others in the unit
  • Participate in patient treatment planning and implementation under the direction of the Medical Director
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures and standards of care

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing with specialty in psychiatric nursing from an accredited program
  • Current Colorado State Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) license with prescriptive privileges or eligibility to obtain licensure upon hire
  • Valid DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certification
  • Knowledge and skills in English usage, interpersonal relationships, and excellent communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
