This position is responsible for assisting the Data Services Department with processing data, reconciling gift donations, and responding to internal and external requests for database record updates. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a high-production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile gift donations
  • Research file numbers
  • Servicing all internal and external requests for creating and updating database records
  • Print and mail letters
  • Provide member assistance
  • Respond to incoming emails
  • Become familiar with products and promotional offers
  • Stop, update, and create recurring gifts
  • Enter and update source codes
  • Adhere to and maintain to assigned work schedules
Ministerial Duties:

As an employee of Lakewood Church, you are a part of a 60-year legacy of faith. As a member of the Lakewood team, you are a key part of our mission in taking the Hope found in Jesus to the world. This means that as part of your job responsibilities, you are considered a spiritual leader in the Church.   • Regular attendance at Church services and classes
  • Serving as a Prayer Partner or as a volunteer in any ministry of the Church
  • Serving our community through local outreaches from time to time when needed by the Church
Qualifications:
  • Uncompromised commitment to Lakewood Church's vision, values, and core beliefs
  • Ability to multi-task and demonstrate effective time management skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Strong alpha & numeric data entry skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high-production, high-quality work environment
  • Database experience
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Education and Experience:
  • Some college preferred
  • 2 years of experience in a Customer Service/Data Entry environment
