In this position, you will be responsible for the deployment, troubleshooting, and upkeep of IT systems, overseeing the IT system infrastructure, and managing processes related to problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support IT systems through daily operations, monitoring, and resolving issues across client/server/storage/network devices and mobile platforms.
  • Facilitate the escalation and communication of status updates to management and internal stakeholders.
  • Enhance system performance and resource utilization, while conducting capacity analysis and planning.
  • Investigate and resolve intricate issues related to server hardware, applications, and software integration.
  • Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, install and load operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain system integrity, and configure network components, along with implementing enhancements to boost reliability and performance.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical field from an accredited institution. Five (5) years of additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 5-15 years of pertinent experience.
  • Proficiency in LINUX.
  • IAT Level II certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Linux and contemporary automation/configuration tools.
  • RedHat certification.

Knowledge of technologies including, but not limited to:

  • Kubernetes
  • Docker
  • AWS(C2S)
  • PostGres
  • Solaris
  • VMWare

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Current/Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sedentary work, including speaking, standing, talking, walking, working with computers, data, and figures, managing stress, proficiency in MS Office and PC operations, analytical thinking, leadership, communication skills, multitasking, negotiation, project management, and team collaboration.
