About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Identity Governance Specialist to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and a proven track record of implementing successful IAM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end IAM projects using SailPoint IIQ, with a focus on IGA Fundamentals, Identity and Access Management Lifecycle, Authentication and Authorization integrations, and Application Onboarding.
- Lead technical delivery of IAM projects, including managing client engagement, validating business/technical requirements, and presenting optimal solutions.
- Develop workflows, rules, and custom connectors in SailPoint IdentityNow solution.
- Assist offshore teams in development, requirement analysis, design, and implementation of factory development.
- Upgrade and enhance the system as per new releases and patches, fulfilling new requirements.
- Integrate HR Systems and Active Directory.
- Implement technical solutions that meet all functional/non-functional requirements with minimal customization.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in IAM domain working on leading IGA tools.
- At least 2 years of experience in SailPoint IIQ.
- Excellent knowledge of IGA Fundamentals: Identity and Access Management Lifecycle, Authentication and Authorization integrations, Application Onboarding, Entitlement Catalog, Roles, Reports and Rules Tasks, Role Mining, Customer Identity and Access Management, Access Governance/Recertification, Provisioning Object Model, Custom Connectors, Connector/Integration Architecture.
- Ability to lead technical delivery of IAM projects, manage client engagement, and present optimal solutions.
- Superior problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
