Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct classification assessments for incoming and outgoing communications.
2. Assist in managing a document accountability system and related correspondence.
3. Oversee the processing of classified mail and maintain accurate receipt records.
4. Facilitate the destruction of classified documents and manage magnetic media accountability.
5. Provide reproduction support for classified materials and maintain daily logs for various administrative tasks.
6. Aid in the processing of data transfers and maintain an extensive database of customer contacts.
7. Support the preparation and management of facility access control badges.
8. Conduct entry and exit inspections and assist in maintaining access control systems.
9. Perform data entry for personnel access security systems and maintain personnel security files.
10. Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and support security awareness initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in security operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years).
- Required certifications include Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) and Special Program Security Certification (SPSC).
Security Clearance:
- Must possess or be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph.
