Job Overview

Stars and Strikes is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our entertainment center, including floors, restrooms, and guest contact areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the facility
  • Work closely with the Facility Manager to ensure that all cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and team members
  • Assist with other duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the facility

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
