About the Role

Americold is seeking a skilled Clerk to join their team. As a key member of the administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, employees, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer telephones, direct calls, and manage calendars to ensure seamless communication.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and other individuals to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Process and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, and checks in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, and personal computers to support administrative tasks.
