As a Site Controller, you will deliver financial insights and strategic direction to senior leadership across various financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, internal governance, and asset oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate comprehensive financial reports for the Operations and Supply Chain teams.
  • Oversee the annual allocation process for operational support expenditures.
  • Provide in-depth financial analysis and strategic support to senior executives.
  • Evaluate annual standard setting for manufacturing operations.
  • Monitor balance sheet accounts to ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Develop innovative system solutions and enhance existing processes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in finance.
  • Experience in Cost Accounting and Financial Consolidation.
