Job Summary

Wyetech LLC is seeking a highly skilled Software Integration Engineer to join our team. As a Software Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, documenting, maintaining, and enhancing complex and diverse software systems based on documented requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, document, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems based on documented requirements.
  • Work individually or as part of a team to resolve software problem reports and provide specific input to the software components of system design.
  • Utilize software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment.
  • Provide input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of Open Source Software (OSS) and/or Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) software in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and at least eight years of demonstrable experience with integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment.
  • Or five (5) years full-time Computer Science directly related work that can be substituted for a Bachelor's degree and at least eight (8) years of demonstrable experience with integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment.
