Caregiver Assistant Position AvailableJob DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified Caregiver Assistant to join our team at Beaverton Rehab & Specialty Care LLC. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care to residents, meeting their unique needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Support residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Encourage socialization and participation in activities and events.
Requirements
  • A minimum 10th-grade education is required.
  • Completion of a Nursing Assistant class and certification is necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information.
  • Effectively communicate resident information to Charge Nurses and other staff members.
