Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.

  • Process experience with IATF and ISO auditing preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to create and teach manufacturing processes, theories, and procedures.

  • Knowledge and experience with parts measurement required.

  • Certifications: ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: English language proficiency is required.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in quality management systems and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA). Excellent computer skills working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; database management skills ideal.

  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; possess very strong communication skills with the ability to successfully connect with non-technical individuals.
