About the Role:

Civana Management is seeking a skilled Room Attendant III to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our resort rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily housekeeping service to guest rooms, including cleaning, restocking, and inspecting rooms for quality and cleanliness.
  • Anticipate guest needs and take ownership of guest concerns and requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Restock amenities and food and beverage items, and ensure lights, radio, and TV are in working order.
  • Report any maintenance concerns, lost and found items, and HSKP issues to supervisor.
  • Keep assigned work area, hallways, public areas, and closets clean, neat, and vacuumed, and follow proper recycling procedures.
  • Complete any special cleaning tasks and attend scheduled meetings and training.
  • Dress in issued uniform and maintain a neat, clean, and tidy appearance at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one-year experience in hospitality, preferably as a room attendant or in a similar role.
  • Basic English, writing, and speaking skills, with the ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Language Skills:

The ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and leadership is essential for this role. Fluency in English is required, and bilingual skills are a plus.

Work Environment:

This is an inside role, with the exception of traveling from room to room and in and out of the property. The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and extensive use of fingers and hands.
