Key Responsibilities:
- Install audio, video, electronic communication, and presentation systems, including cabling and terminations.
- Work closely with Design Engineers and Project Managers to ensure the successful planning, integration, testing, and acceptance of projects within budget and time constraints.
- Conduct on-site assessments to identify and resolve any project-related issues.
- Interpret and follow project documentation such as system flow diagrams, elevations, and detailed plans to ensure accurate installation.
Qualifications for Success:
- Experience in the service or installation of audio, video, and audiovisual systems.
- Ability to read and understand construction blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently while maintaining professional interactions with colleagues and clients.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Preferred training in electronics and basic computer skills, through education or certification.
- CTS-I Certification is advantageous but not mandatory with relevant experience. Additional industry certifications (e.g., Crestron, Biamp, QSC, Extron, Shure, Dante) are also beneficial.
