Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Operate a vehicle safely and follow all traffic laws and regulations
  • Load and unload packages from the vehicle
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and management
  • Accurately track delivery and pickup information using a scanner
Requirements:
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Pass a drug test and a DOT physical
  • Be able to safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds and up to 150 pounds with a hand truck
  • Pass a FedEx Ground criminal background check
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Be on time and ready to work each day
Benefits:
  • Daily base rate of $150.00
  • Additional daily incentive based on route demographic
  • Paid training provided
