Position Overview

This role is pivotal in supporting the financial closing activities and managing intercompany financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:
  • Executing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures, which include the creation and entry of journal entries in Oracle.
  • Generating and submitting the weekly Innage Report.
  • Accruing outstanding purchase orders.
  • Balancing financial reports in Oracle HFM.
  • Conducting account reconciliations.

Additionally, this position involves managing intercompany accounts, which includes reconciling balance sheets, ensuring balance between entities, preparing invoices for subsidiaries, and processing received invoices from subsidiaries.

Engagement in process enhancement initiatives is also expected.

Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

It is essential to ensure adherence to GAAP principles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in general ledger operations and the financial closing process, with a focus on international accounting.
  • Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Detail-oriented with robust technical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
