Job Title: Program Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team at the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of educational programs, including registrations, program preparation, and close-out. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences and wants to work in a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all aspects of educational programs, including registrations, program preparation, and close-out
* Serve as one of the primary contacts for customer queries, ensuring prompt, effective, and excellent service
* Reach out to member agencies to help them develop a customized education plan for their employees and serve as their education liaison
* Assist in the preparation of reports, documentation, and presentation materials as required

Requirements:

* A bachelor's degree is preferred
* At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with participants and co-workers
* Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
