Licensed Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
The Board Certified Behavioral Analyst will conduct functional behavior assessments to understand factors contributing to and sustaining challenging behaviors. They will develop positive behavior repertoires, guide faculty and staff in behavior intervention plans, and construct systemic positive behavior supports across the campus. The BCBA will maintain key relationships with staff, students, and families to ensure individualized needs are met.
Requirements:
A Master's Degree or higher in special education, psychology, or a related field, NYS Behavior Analyst certification, and experience working with middle and/or secondary school students with autism are essential qualifications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop trusting and respectful relationships with students, staff, and families.
