Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification(s) are advantageous.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in HR generalist roles and full-cycle recruiting.
  • Experience in payroll administration is required.
  • Familiarity with recruiting for construction and skilled trades is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of various recruitment techniques and best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google G Suite.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of handling sensitive information discreetly.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Commitment to confidentiality.
  • Reliable and dependable, with the ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment in business matters.
