Sr. Business Administrator

PacifiCorp is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Business Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for administering business unit processes, programs, and systems, providing reporting on business/operational data, plans, and processes, and ensuring activities are performed in accordance with contract, corporate, and regulatory agency requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer business unit processes, programs, and systems to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on business/operational data, plans, and processes to support informed decision-making.
  • Monitor and distribute incoming requests, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
  • Compile, organize, and summarize data from multiple sources, maintaining reference information and databases.
  • Audit business system data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Forecast performance and conduct moderately complex studies to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in administrative or coordination activities, with proven administrative and development skills.
  • Program, practice, or policy management and development skills.
  • Analysis, assessment, and investigation skills to determine recommendations or plans of action.
  • Ability to develop alternatives, standards, or practices within defined areas.
  • Ability to delegate responsibilities and workload based on priority and skill level.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and balance workload to ensure consistent focus and effort on all priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to consult and resolve internal or external customer issues.
  • Ability to work with all levels of an organization, including people with different styles and backgrounds.
  • Proficient with personal computers, including spreadsheet, database, word processing, presentation applications, and mainframe, with working knowledge of SAP.
  • Knowledge of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and practices, including applicable federal, state, and local governmental laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in reviewing developed processes and identifying efficiencies.
