Qualifications and Duties:

  • Must hold a valid, unrestricted nursing license in the state of practice or possess a current compact license.
  • Deliver direct nursing services to residents and oversee the daily nursing operations conducted by nursing aides.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, as well as guidelines established by the Director of Nursing.
