Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Saber Healthcare Group. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our residents.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
• Supervise nursing assistants and ensure they are providing quality care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of employment or valid compact license.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
