ServiceMaster Restore Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated technician to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore. As a technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our customers by restoring their properties to their pre-loss condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Retrieve and execute work orders, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform water, mold, and bio remediation services, adhering to company procedures and protocols.
  • Set up and operate remediation equipment, ensuring efficient and effective restoration.
  • Report equipment malfunctions and notify project managers of customer or project issues.
  • Maintain accurate time sheet records and conduct work assignments with quality and attention to detail.
  • Ensure personal safety by utilizing provided PPE.
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate: $20.00 per hour.
  • Opportunities for additional pay through on-call bonuses and project-related incentives.
  • Investment in required certification: $5,000 for Water Damage Restoration Technician certification.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (over 75 pounds).
  • Willingness to undergo training for commercial driver's license (Class E).
