Mental Health Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mental Health Treatment Coordinator. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families affected by mental health conditions.
As a Mental Health Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating treatment plans, providing supportive therapy and behavioral interventions, and serving as a primary point of contact for participants and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Treatment planning and coordination: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of participants.
- Serviceworkerphasedeparture supportive therapy and behavioral interventions: Provide individualized therapy sessions, behavior modification strategies, and family-based interventions.
- New York State licenses: LMSW, LMHC, Psychologist, or LCSW.
- 1-5 years of related experience.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
