Requirements:
  • Current and valid NYS RN license
  • Bachelor of Science in nursing or willingness to pursue a defined plan for matriculation in a program
  • 2 years of experience in an acute setting
  • Preferred: 1+ year of experience in case management or utilization management, case management certification, discharge planning and community resource knowledge
