Software Requirements Evaluator

At Mindlance, we are seeking a skilled Software Requirements Evaluator to join our team. As a Software Requirements Evaluator, you will be responsible for performing requirements elicitation, researching and understanding stakeholder business needs, and converting those into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements for development.

Key Responsibilities:
⁠ ⁠Perform requirements elicitation and analysis to understand stakeholder business needs.
⁠ ⁠Research and develop software development artifacts for communication of requirements, including context diagrams, textual use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, user interface specifications, and non-functional requirements specifications.
⁠ ⁠Facilitate requirement workshops, JAD sessions, and structured walkthroughs to ensure effective communication and understanding of requirements.
⁠ ⁠Create test plans/cases, manage defects with development teams, and work with users on User Acceptance Testing.
⁠ ⁠Manage requirements throughout the Requirements Management Lifecycle, including creation and execution of a Requirements Management Plan, Requirements Traceability, establishing requirements baselines, and managing requirements change control.

Requirements:
⁠ ⁠84 Months experience performing requirements elicitation and analysis.
⁠ ⁠Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
