We're seeking candidates with an interest in recruiting and human resources to join our fast-paced, high-volume, team-oriented environment. The anticipated starting salary for this role is $42,500 per year, plus benefits.

Job Description:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external candidates and stakeholders
  • Communicate with them throughout the full life cycle of the recruiting process
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews and assessments
  • Manage correspondence and communication with both interviewees and interviewers
  • Maintain and audit the integrity of recruiting databases
  • Process and monitor candidate reimbursements
  • Monitor and respond to team inboxes
  • Work closely with the recruiting team to optimize overall recruiting goals and processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Proven organizational and task-oriented skills
  • Interest in HR and Recruiting subject matter
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in personalized customer service
  • Experience working in a team environment
