We're seeking candidates with an interest in recruiting and human resources to join our fast-paced, high-volume, team-oriented environment. The anticipated starting salary for this role is $42,500 per year, plus benefits.
Job Description:
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external candidates and stakeholders
- Communicate with them throughout the full life cycle of the recruiting process
- Schedule and facilitate interviews and assessments
- Manage correspondence and communication with both interviewees and interviewers
- Maintain and audit the integrity of recruiting databases
- Process and monitor candidate reimbursements
- Monitor and respond to team inboxes
- Work closely with the recruiting team to optimize overall recruiting goals and processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Microsoft Office experience
- Attention to detail
- Proven organizational and task-oriented skills
- Interest in HR and Recruiting subject matter
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in personalized customer service
- Experience working in a team environment
