Job Description

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join their team in a highly regarded school district in Lincoln, Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities, offering personalized instruction to meet their unique needs.
  • Tailor teaching methods and materials to accommodate a variety of learning styles, abilities, and needs.
  • Work closely with general education teachers, parents, specialists, and staff to support students across different learning environments.
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and well-organized classroom environment that encourages both academic success and social development.

Qualifications:

  • MA Special Education Teacher certification required
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Education or Special Education
  • Open to candidates with any level of experience, including recent graduates
