Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems, including HVAC units, ductwork, and related equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems, using advanced technical skills and knowledge.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance job performance and contribute to the growth of P.E.A.C.H. Teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in HVAC technology or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair, with a strong background in technical skills and knowledge.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues.
