We are currently seeking a Customer Service Support Associate to join our team in Austin, TX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide phone support to clients and their families
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating logistics
  • Help with sorting, organizing, packing, and unpacking client belongings
  • Support the estate liquidation and online auction teams as needed
  • Participate in marketing and business development efforts

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • A working smartphone
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds
  • Previous customer service experience (not necessary but preferred)
  • Availability to work daytime hours between 8-5 (some flexibility is okay)
