POSITION SUMMARY

Our Guest Service Experts proactively provide a diverse array of services to ensure a delightful dining experience. This includes setting tables, liaising with the kitchen, engaging with guests, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas.

Success in this role requires a commitment to creating a safe environment, adhering to company policies, maintaining quality standards, and presenting oneself in a professional manner. Guest Service Experts will be active throughout their shifts, which may involve standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods, navigating various surfaces, and managing the menu effectively.

Essential responsibilities include lifting and moving items up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance, as well as performing tasks that require bending, twisting, and reaching.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.

License or Certification: None required.
