Job Title: Seasonal Snow Laborers: Shovelers, Drivers, Equipment Operators

We are seeking highly motivated and physically fit individuals to join our team as Seasonal Snow Laborers. As a Snow Laborer, you will be responsible for removing snow from assigned residential and commercial sites on an as-needed basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Remove snow using a shovel, snow blower, or plow equipment
  • Assist snow removal teams with their snow removal responsibilities
  • Spread salt or sand as needed
  • Operate heavy equipment such as skid-steer loaders, front-end loaders, and backhoes
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of commercial snow experience using plow trucks or salt trucks
  • Valid and clean driver's license with no restrictions (CDL is NOT required)
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Reliable transportation to and from work sites
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a production-driven environment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
