LPN-LTC Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital. As a LPN-LTC, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, working under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Attend to the daily operations of the unit, assuming leadership responsibilities as needed.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a diploma or Associate's degree.
  • License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of specialized equipment, such as IV pumps and EKG machines.
