Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at LifeBridge Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team. Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will utilize your skills and knowledge to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, ensuring the needs of our residents are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring patient-centered care.
  • Assume leadership roles as needed, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a diploma or associate's degree.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Maryland.
  • AHA BLS CPR certification.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
