We are seeking a skilled Communication Disorders Specialist to join our team at Soliant in Berkeley, CA. As a key member of our educational services division, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments, therapy, and support to students with communication disorders.

About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range estimated between $85,000 and $110,000 annually, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as weekly paychecks, compensation for direct and indirect services, and health benefits through United Healthcare.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • California state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous school-based experience highly desirable
