Job Summary: We are hiring a Front Desk Coordinator to be the primary point of contact for our patients and visitors at Serenity Healthcare. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support while maintaining a smooth clinic operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and verify patient records upon each visit.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PATIENTS BY REMEMBERING THEIR NAMES, INTERESTS, AND STORIES.
  • ANSWER QUESTIONS, ADDRESS WORRIES, RESPECT BOUNDARIES, AND SHOW EMPATHY TOWARDS EACH INDIVIDUAL'S UNIQUE CHALLENGES.
  • ENSURE A SEAMLESS PATIENT EXPERIENCE BY PROVIDING SUPPORT AND COMPASSION.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND BASIC MATH ABILITIES.
  • PROVEN ABILITY TO MULTITASK IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT.
  • 1+ YEAR OF FULL-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT.

Compensation: $42,000 - $52,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
