Job Title: Laboratory Technician I

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician I to join our team. As a Laboratory Technician I, you will be responsible for pre-analytical processes within the life cycle of the laboratory specimen, including collection, packaging, shipping, receiving, processing, tracking, and archiving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with Eurofins DPT clients to resolve specimen issues
  • Recommend changes in services, processes, and policies that enhance pre-analytical efficiencies
  • Work with Quality Assurance to resolve client complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Perform duties in compliance with all applicable regulatory and accrediting agencies
  • Assist department as needed with routine operations
  • Support Eurofins DPT's business philosophy, leadership values, and ethics
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong Communication Skills and analytical skills
