Job Title: Production Maintenance Technician

Ryder is seeking a skilled Production Maintenance Technician to join our team in Hazleton, PA. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations and minimize disruptions.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures.
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices to ensure equipment is running at peak performance.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of electricity and electrical troubleshooting up to 480 VAC.
  • Ability to run conduit and size wiring accordingly to circuit demands.
  • Experience with electro-mechanical systems and ability to troubleshoot and repair.
