Job Summary
The Parts Associate will be responsible for ensuring the service department has the necessary parts to meet deadlines and cost-effective goals. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to effectively assist managers and technicians in determining the right parts for the job.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist managers and technicians in determining the correct parts for service requests
- Quote and order parts in a timely manner to meet deadlines
- Stock and maintain an accurate inventory of parts
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure parts are delivered on time
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in a parts or inventory role is preferred, but not required.
