Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our patients.
  • Manage patient care during shifts, overseeing the support of clinical staff and ensuring timely completion of medical records.
  • Supervise clinical staff during shifts, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Process biological specimens as needed, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our team.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a medical setting.
  • Mass NP or PA License.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff, patients, and families.
  • Professional appearance and attitude, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Active and current medical licensure in the state of practice.
  • Active and current DEA number and state-controlled substance certificate, as needed.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
