Roles and Responsibilities

Diagnose and Treat Mental Health and Emotional Disorders: Our clinicians work to diagnose and treat a range of mental health and emotional disorders, using evidence-based practices and therapies.

Offer Individual and Group Therapy: We provide individual and group therapy sessions, helping clients work through challenges and achieve their goals.

Prescribe and Monitor Medications: Our clinicians work with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, which may include medication management.

Maintain Detailed Records: We maintain accurate and detailed records of client visits and progress, ensuring continuity of care.

Collaborate with Other Healthcare Professionals: Our clinicians work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Educate Clients and Families: We educate clients and families about mental health and emotional disorders, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

Participate in Community Outreach: Our clinicians engage in community outreach and education, promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Nursing, Specialty in Psychiatric Nursing: We require a master's degree in nursing, with a specialty in psychiatric nursing.

Board Certification via ANCC or AANP: Our clinicians must be board certified via the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Valid State Licensure: We require valid state licensure as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, based on clinic location.

Active DEA in the State of Practice: Our clinicians must have an active DEA license in the state where they will be practicing.

Bilingual Skills a Plus: While not required, bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus.

2+ Years of Experience in a Clinical Setting: We prefer clinicians with 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting, although we welcome new graduates as well.

Knowledge of Mental Health and Emotional Disorders: Our clinicians must have a deep understanding of mental health and emotional disorders, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to Work as Part of a Team: We're looking for clinicians who can work collaboratively as part of a team, prioritizing patient care and well-being above all else.

Compensation

$145,000 - $203,800 per year: Our total compensation package includes a base salary, as well as a monthly billed hour bonus. The total yearly compensation ranges from $169,000 to $203,800, depending on billed hours.
