About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for obtaining orders or contracts for our construction labor support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Locate and bring in new business opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to increase the usage of our services.
  • Sales and Marketing: Educate contractors about the Tradesmen International value proposition and provide consultative, needs-based selling approaches to clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Routinely coach and manage field employees, conduct safety walkouts, and review safety check-lists to ensure safety protocols are being upheld.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Share best practices, facilitate an environment of learning, and maintain open communication and transparency with all team members.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients, field employees, and colleagues.
  • Self-Motivation and Goal Orientation: Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and take accountability.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation: Required for frequent travel to client sites.

  • Competitive Salary: $55,000 per year, with uncapped commission potential.
