Job Title: District Manager

At Mathnasium, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to join our team. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for the financial and operational success of multiple centers in our Central Florida Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide training, direction, and guidance to Center Managers and their teams.
  • Ensure effective site operations through proactive practices, following company policies and procedures, and the Mathnasium Method.
  • Drive quality and consistency of the customer experience, maximizing customer acquisition and retention.
  • Develop talent and inspire a team that is focused on creating customer loyalty.
  • Maintain and foster effective communication with the COO and CEO.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of related multi-unit experience with a strong focus on building relationships, developing teams, and creating future leaders in a growing company.
  • Business degree preferred.
  • Candidates should possess consultative sales skills which include; rapport building, active listening, assessing customer needs, overcoming conversational objections, and closing.
  • Highly organized; managing multiple, concurrent priorities/projects with accuracy and sense of urgency; plan and work under own initiative.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to analyze/interpret business reports and statistics, as well as write reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
